The kitchen is led by what is best from Sussex this week, vegetables from neighbouring farms, fish landed in Newhaven, meat from the local butcher. The menu changes constantly. Standards do not.

The kitchen runs continuous service on Saturday and Sunday. On weekdays we close between 3pm and 6pm to reset for dinner.
